Definitions
Operator: The one who will execute the activities.
Activity: the job proposed by Assra3. Each activity has a price and a deadline
Performance: All operators will have performance rate based on three criteria:
- Errors
- Availability
- Respect of deadlines
Errors: Always errors free. If the operator makes errors 3 times in the first 20 activities then he will lose this criterion of performance. After this probation phase a deduction of 1 dollar per error. Later, if errors continue then the operator will not be given activities.
Availability: Each operator will define a regular timing in which he is available to receive or get activities. This timing should be respected; say from Monday to Saturday or Sunday, from 8h to 16h.
That is Assra3 will be able to plan its workload. In case the operator breaches this availability then he will lose the performance criterion of availability.
Dead line: the dead line is the delivery time of the activity. It must be definitely respected. Any delay is not accepted. The activity will be given to another operator, and we will deduct from his account 20 percent of this activity’s price. More; he will lose this performance criterion.
Level of Performers
There are 3 levels of performers
A: No errors, good availability, very good respect of deadlines.
B: No errors, good availability but no respect of deadlines, or bad availability with respect of deadlines.
C: No errors but bad availability and bad respect of deadlines.
Performance consequences
The A performer will get priority in getting activities. Always!
1. After 3 months of continuous performance, so no more need for checking his works,.
2. He will be able to join the Emergency Club where the price of activities is 50% more than usual price.
3. After 2 years of complete performance he will get a life insurance for as much as he stays with Assra3.
4. After 4 years and on he will be given a yearly bonus. Like holidays trips …
The emergency club
This club is dedicated to very urgent activities .The club’s members are A performers.
The prices of the activities will be 50% more than usual prices.
The members will be always and at anytime available to achieve activities; they might me reached by phone.
Any breach to the availability of the member will costs him his club membership and a deduction of 4 times the price of the activity he did not achieve.
After 3 years in the club he will get multiple benefits and bonuses.
My Account
Each operator has an account, where he edits his full name, address, e-mail and his bank account. The operator can reach his My Account online to check it.
An electronic transfer of his fees will be done to his bank account after 15 days.
Prices:
The price of A1 drawing is 20 dollars. But, if it is 0 error then a bonus of 5 dollars will be added to the price.
If deadline is well respected another bonus of 3 dollars will be added to the price.
